Come and join me for a flowing yoga class surrounded by candles. Balance the mind and the body in this Hatha / Vinyasa style yoga class. Tune into what you need, as you connect movement with breath and work on stretching the whole body and calming the mind. Class is suitable for all abilities. Tuesdays - 5th November - 17th December 17.00 - 17.45 or 18.00 - 18.45 St Giles Church Hall, 284 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 6BF. This is a seven-week course takes place on Tuesday evenings from the 5th November - 17th December. Choose to attend at 5pm-5.45pm or 6pm-6.45pm. Investment: £49 for seven-week course Please don't worry if there is a week you are unable to attend, just let me know when booking and I will adjust the price of the course accordingly.
